The bus was ok €1 charge for each luggage, and we arrived 2.5 hours late (approximately 1.5 hours delay at the border crossing and 1 hour delay on the road).

The bus arrived at the Dubrovnik bus station an hour and half late and there was no explaination about the situation nor how long it is expected to be late.

The bus was not comfortable, with reduced space for the legs. Extremely slow: it took 4 hours instead of 2,5 scheduled. 1 euro extra for one piece of luggage !!!

Bus was 2 Hours late. Then It was broken. 4 hours at the side of road on the sun. In stead of 14.00 we arrived at 21.00. What about conpensation for the lost day ????

Although I had a reservation, the bus was overbooked and I almost wasn''t allowed boarding. Finally they were able to seat us but in separate seats (not in the seats we had booked), and still there was one person sitting on the ground. At the end the bus arrived at the destination more than one hour late. The only thing positive was the driver that was nice and tried to help.

Bus left over 30 minutes late. Many people were left behind due to being overbooked. A second bus eventually came but there was a lot of confusion and concern.

Bus showed up 1h late. The driver was incredibly rude with all the passengers. Screaming and shooting at the us in croatian.
